of the ACM-ICPC South-Eastern European Regional Contest

Dear Colleagues, 

This year South-Eastern European Regional Contest (SEERC) will be as a multi-site contest. The contest will be held with the same set of problems, simultaneously on two sites :

• Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania

• Vinnytsia National Technical University, Ukraine

Any of the Universities’ teams of the South-Eastern Europe countries may take part in the SEERC at one of two sites at their choice. Each site will gather about 50 teams.

We have the pleasure to invite the team of your University to take part at the Ukrainian site of the South-Eastern European Programming Contest. Competitions will be held on 19-20 October 2018:

19 October 2018: Practice Session, 16.00 – 18.00.
20 October 2018: CONTEST, 10.00 – 15.00

Registration must be complete by October 1st, 2018, online on the ICPC website :

Also it is necessary to send by email the scanned registration form filled in, with the specification of number of nights in the hotel, and the signature for eligibility from the dean of Department.

The winners will advance from regional contests held in six continents to the World Finals of The ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest to be held in Portu, Portugal, March1 – April 4, 2018.

24th place:    Bucharest University, Romania;
51th place:    Uzhgorod National University, Ukraine;
74th place:    Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine;
75th place:    OBB University of Economics and Technology.
