At the meeting of the Scientific Council of Vinnytsia National Technical University Kzysztof Sviderek, Consul General of Poland in Vinnytsia, received a diploma of Honorary Professor of VNTU
The title of Honorary Professor of VNTU was awarded to Kzysztof Sviderek by the decision of the Scientific Council of the University.
Kzysztof Sviderek is the Consul General of Poland in Vinnytsia. He was born in Lower Seleziyi near Wroclaw, where he finished a primary school. Then he graduated from Wroclaw High School of Aviation. Mr Sviderek received higher education abroad. He visited more than 100 countries. Everywhere he was engaged in promotion of Poland ─ Polish science, culture, inventions, products.
Rector of VNTU, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Volodymyr Hrabko awarded a diploma and certificate that confirm this importan title to Mr Sviderek at the Scientific Council of the university.
“I express my sincere gratitude to the Rector and the members of the Scientific Council of Vinnytsia National Technical University. I realize how much I still need to do to establish good neighbour relations between Poland and Ukraine. Last year the first Center of Polish culture in Podillia named after Ignacy Jan Paderewski was opened in VNTU. I am very proud that from now Vinnytsia National Technical University is my university,” said Kzysztof Sviderek.
A lot of students of VNTU also consider that Polish university is their university because for several years students of Vinnytsia National Technical University have been studying in universities of Rzeczpospolitej Polskej due to the program “Double Diploma”.
