The final of the all-Ukrainian student Olympiad in radio engineering — VSORT-2016 was held in Vinnytsia National Technical University
In addition to the main competition, there was also a practical tour. There the developments on the platform Arduino were proposed. This year Olympians have had to implement the resistance measurement device (ommetr), so they had 100 minutes for that and other 30 minutes to defend their results.
Students of the National University “Lviv Polytechnic” won the first prize, the second prize was given to the team of Odessa Polytechnic University, and the National University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” received the third one.
One more opportunity to demonstrate the practical application of theoretical knowledge in radio engineering, competition-exhibition was given to students.
