On November 4-5, the annual intellectual gaming festival “Boyunale-2017” was held at Vinnytsia National Technical University.

Traditionally, the event was timed to the Day of the Ukrainian written and literature language. VNTU Smart Club Community “Bayun” with the support of Vinnytsia regional association of T.H. Shevchenko All-Ukrainian society “Prosvita” organized this event.

 

Traditionally, anchorman of the festival, chairman of Vinnytsia regional association of T.H. Shevchenko All-Ukrainian society “Prosvita”, director of the Educational Work Center of VNTU, candidate of philosophical sciences, associate professor Anatolii Tekliuk fed “Boyunale-2017” with his positive energy and inexhaustible creativity.

 

Thirty-one teams from Kyiv, Rivne, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv, and Vinnytsia took part in the intellectual gaming tournament.

 

Although VNTU was represented by only one student team, its graduates and teachers were members of many teams.

 

In the main tournament “What? Where? When?” 84 questions played. And before it there had been a prologue of 20 questions. “The 5th Element” (Chernivtsi) has won.

The 2nd place — “Ledachi Komanchi” (Lazy Comanchers) (Kyiv).

The 3rd place — “Donkey Hot” (Lviv).

 

The next tournament “Quest in the Museum”. “Pinta” (Pint) (Vinnytsia) used their 30 minutes to solve the hard task most effectively, and therefore won.

The 2nd place — “Kamin-out Kevin” (Come in-out Kevin) (Ivano-Frankivsk).

The 3rd place — “Ulik team” (Vinnytsia).

 

At the final tournament “Video Realities”. The winner is “T.0.5.T” (Vinnytsia).

The 2nd place — “Ledachi Komanchi” (Lazy Comanchers) (Kyiv).

The 3rd place — “Satellite” (Ternopil), and “Donkey Hot” (Lviv).

 

And finally there was a settlement in the sum of all tournaments. The victory was celebrated by “Ledachi Komanchi” (Lazy Comanchers) (Kyiv)!

 

The “Silver” of the intellectual gaming festival “Boyunale-2017” was won by “Kamin-out Kevin” (Come in-out Kevin) (Ivano-Frankivsk).

 

The “Bronze” was won by“Pinta” (Pint) (Vinnytsia).

 

The festival “Bayunale” was first held at VNTU in 2009. The current one has already been the 8th.

 

The next IX “Bayunale” will take place a year later, again in early November, and traditionally on the Day of the Ukrainian written and literature language.
