At Vinnytsia National Technical University, the ensemble of Vinnytsia city Union of Veterans of Afghanistan “Pereval (Pass)” told about hostilities, heroism of Ukrainian soldiers and sang

There are more than a hundred songs in the creative workouts of Vinnytsia band “Pereval”. All songs are devoted to military-patriotic themes. Many of them are about events in the East of Ukraine.

Such a charity action is not only a concert but also an exhibition of small arms conducted by “Pereval” in cooperation with Vinnytsia branch of the All-Ukrainian Union of combatants in the ATO “Pobratymy of Ukraine (Sworn brothers of Ukraine)” at educational institutions of Vinnytsia.


Oleksandr Skrypnyk, Leader of “Pereval” said, “All the funds that we earn on such events are transferred for the needs of the front line, for the needs of soldiers undergoing the rehabilitation in Vinnytsia. With out creativity, we try to preserve the memory of fellows who gave their lives defending Ukraine.”


Head of the sector of the State Service of Ukraine for war veterans and participants of the ATO in Vinnytsia region Oleh Dmytriichuk and representatives of the All-Ukrainian Union of combatants in the ATO “Pobratymy of Ukraine” also came to the meeting with students and professors of VNTU.

“By the way, Chairman of this Union in Vinnytsia region Roman Smishnyi graduated from VNTU according to the program of retraining retired military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their families due to the project “UKRAINE-NORWAY” of the International Fund for Social Adaptation. He received international diplomas from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Norway as well as from the universities NORD (Bodø, Norway) and VNTU,” said Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Transport of VNTU, Professor Yurii Buriennikov.


It was agreed that the film “Cyborgs” will be shown at VNTU in the nearest future with the assistance of Vinnytsia “Pobratymy of Ukraine”. The event will be attended by direct participants of the war actions in Donetsk airport, fighters who have become the prototypes of the film.
