Since this autumn, innovations of the group of IT-companies “CDM Group” (Denmark) will be integrated into the process of training of specialists at Vinnytsia National Technical University, in particular, the Department of computer science (Head of the Department is Doctor of technical sciences, Professor Andrii Yarovyi)
An attractive prospect is to conduct free training courses on the themes “CDM Group”, organize the hackathon on development of chatbots based on modern intellectual technologies and profile Olympiads involving students of Danish Technical University. The negotiation on such discussions took place on September 20 while the representatives of the group of IT-companies “CDM Group” (Denmark) and their European business partners visited VNTU.
It should be noted that “CDM Group” started its activity in Ukraine in 2007 when “CDM Group” and Vinnytsia National Technical University signed an agreement. The result of the agreement was the opening of the CRM-courses at the University in January 2008.
In 2008, it was decided to move the development of CRM-systems into Ukraine, thus a representative office of “CDM Group” – “CDM Ukraine” was opened in Vinnytsia. “CDM Ukraine” consists of the leading Ukrainian developers headed by Maryna Skryhoniuk.
Rector of VNTU Volodymyr Hrabko assured the European colleagues in active supporting all the initiatives on the introduction of new IT-technologies and existing the considerable potential of active and creative young people who want to obtain modern knowledge and new professional skills at the University. It interested the representatives of “CDM Group” and “Jyske Bank”. Common positions that are of interest to both sides were discussed during the meeting.
After the official meeting, the representatives of “CDM Group” and “Jyske Bank” held a two-hour presentation of their projects and peculiarities of the use of modern intellectual information technologies, and also provided students with information on the opportunities for their professional development that the representative office “CDM Ukraine” in Vinnytsia will provide this autumn.
It is interesting to note that one of the projects, which caused the greatest interest among students, was the development of intelligent chatbots in the banking sector based on the machine learning technology and modern development technologies of neural networks.
Young IT- professionals have received invaluable experience, enhanced motivation to professional development, as well as the possibility for further employment and career prospects.
