9 students  from the VNTU became winners and prize-winners of the V international competition in computer drawing and collage «No Borders Creativity» (Bulgaria)


In the Bulgarian city of Haskovo in late April, was held the fifth anniversary international competition in computer drawing and collage "Creativity without borders."


These prestigious competitions has been organized by Eureka Foundation, a national honourable community center "Zarya-1858", computer school "Vale" Haskovo.  A competition was held under the patronage of Mary Gabriel, who is the coordinator of the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality of the European Parliament.


The purpose of the contest - to help the young to discover the magic of digital graphics and painting. The participants had to draw the world as they see it as closely as possible to express their feelings, moods and inner feelings.


Computer graphics had to be developed by a well-known computer graphics software - Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Paint, Corel Painter Classic, Macromedia Free Hand.


The right to participate in the competition had youth aged 5 to 27 years in nine age groups.


The competition received 2,431 works, including 264 works from abroad. Winning by such a large number of participants is not easy, but very prestigious.


Just 9 students of the VNTU were awarded with prizes.  Medals were awarded to:


Anton Yanuk - Gold Medal; Xenia Reznick - silver medal; Vadim Lozovskyy - silver medal; Alena Koval - bronze medal; Dmitry Stepanjuk - bronze medal.


Special awards of competition won Snopov Constantine; Dmitry Gedz; Marina Podubetska; Vadim Varlamov .


By the way, Dmitry Gedz, Vadim Varlamov and Alena Koval are freshmen, so there is a great confidence that their new big wins will not keep long.


Victorious works will be featured on billboards and exhibitions in the cities of Bulgaria. Agree that it is a powerful advertising of Ukraine as a whole, and our  VNTU.


Supervisors of victorious works were first vice-rector of the VNTU, DrSc, Professor Alexander Romaniuk and deputy director on educational work of the Institute ITKI, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor Victoria Voitko .


«Especially gratifying is that the current international competitive gains are not belonging to our star students, but to new promising names.  It is a testament to the talents of heredity in Vinnitsa politechnical university!  Victories at international level of students from the VNTU are the indisputable fact of high quality training in our universities.  In the near future, we will participate in international art competitions in Japan and the United States.
