Admission requirements
How to get an invitation for study
Please apply to the University Center For International Relations by mail, fax or e-mail. The most convenient way is an e-mail. In your mail please indicate your name, purpose, and attach the following documents:
- copy of the first page of the passport (full name, citizenship, date of birth, No. of passport, place of permanent residence)
- copy of secondary school certificate and a transcript
- consent to personal date collection and processing
Upon the processing of your documents you will be issued a letter of official invitation. Please use it when applying to the Embassy of Ukraine in your country to receive a visa (type D).
Student Airport Pick Up
Our student airport pickup service helps to arrive at the University safely. Special university service will arrange for you to be met at Kyiv Boryspil airport and transported to the place of your residence.
How Student Airport Pickup works
Please use email to inform the University Center for International Relations of time and dates of your arrival. Just contact us a week before you arrive and we arrange for you to be met in arrivals by one of our representatives.
How to Become a Student of Vinnytsia National Technical University
Please submit all the documents required for admission to the University Center for International Relations NOT later than two days upon your arrival:
- passport with visa
- certificate of secondary education with transcript
- medical certificate
- copy of birth certificate
- 8 photos 4x6 cm
All documents should be verified and approved in accordance with the legislation of the issuing country, translated into Ukrainian and legalized.
