Institute of Automation, Electronics and Computer Systems Management of the Vinnytsia National Technical University celebrates its 40 years   Celebrations on the occasion of the anniversary in a large assembly hall of university opened  the Director  InAECSM- Doctor of technical science, Professor Oleg Bisikalo. He briefly described the history and achievements of the Institute, outlined future plans.   We have much to be proud of. Our department (known originally as FAOT, then FAM, FA and FAKSU - in 2002 received its current name AEKSM Institute) has always been one of the leaders of the educational process, not only in VPI-VSTU-VNTU, but also among related academic departments of all technical colleges of the country.  Modern InAECSM based on its 19 specialized training labs provides  a balanced  comprehensive training in broad field of applied computer systems and information technology.

  Access to periodicals, books and working papers of the International Monetary Fund now have  teachers and students of the Vinnytsia National Technical University   From 7 April to 31 December 2014 is opened access to the full-text library of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) http://www.elibrary.imf.org/.  E-Library makes it easy to do the analysis and research through access to periodicals, books and working papers of the IMF, as well as with tools for data processing and statistical tools. Here is information on macroeconomics, globalization, development, demographics and much more.   Also, there are advices on such issues as politics, poverty reduction and others.  In particular, there is a large number of full-text materials about Ukraine.   Access is granted from the site library (a hosted banner with the logo of the collection) and all IP-addresses of the university.

  Specialists of IT Academy Microsoft at the Vinnytsia National Technical University are adopting virtualization technology into the learning process at Vinnytsia school № 35   Details on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine     Microsoft IT Academy at the VNTU, which was established in 2008, is the region's leading center of learning technologies in Microsoft. During its work the Academy implemented a number of projects for virtualization, optimization of IT infrastructure, introduction of new products.   Head of IT Academy Microsoft is a candidate of technical sciences, an Associate Professor Yuri Yaremchuk — a Director of the Center for Information Technology and Information Security at the VNTU. Thanks to Microsoft Terminal Services, students have access to the familiar interface of OS Windows from different devices.  It was used an old equipment that is not suitable for the learning process, but became a great solution for terminal stations.

  The Award "The Art lover" was given to the director of the student club of the Vinnytsia National Technical University Catherine Fedorenko   A Studio of Modern Dance "Dance Eden", which is created and managed for a long time by Kate, has celebrated its tenth anniversary with a grand concert. This enchanting emotional performance of plastics and movements visited an Examination Board, which included famous workers of culture of Ukraine.  After reading the creative output of the collective, venerable art people decided to take care of the present heroes of the day - take care in order to provide to the "Dans Eden" an honorary title "People's one".   Moreover, the team recently won the nationwide television festival "Lviv fortune." And currently is being prepared for new achievements in other competitions of dance.

  Students of the VNTU in a specialty "Electromechanics" Oleg Didushok and Yaroslav Laura at the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the field of "Electronics and Electromechanics" won the diplomas of the third degree   In Dnieprodzerzhinsky State Technical University was held the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works 2013/2014 academic year, in the field "Electrotechnics and electromechanics.

  In the Vinnytsia National Technical University was held a final Scientific Conference of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research works in the direction of "Informatics and Cybernetics"   The total of 129 papers came from 58 universities of our country. Highly professional competition commission, consisting of only Doctors of technical sciences, professors and experienced candidates of technical sciences, associate professors, thoroughly and impartially examined the portfolios of the  contestants.   To the second stage - a decisive one of intellectual scientific competition, the Commission selected only 40 works from 27 higher edeucational institutions. Their authors, together with supervisors were invited to the VNTU for the present round of the competition, where the jury and its young colleagues were proving the feasibility and scientific excellence of their projects.

  Two records of Ukraine have established the students of the Vinnytsia National Technical University in the All-Ukrainian Olympiad of radiotechnics, which took place in our university at the beginning of April   One hundred of original radiosculptures from electronic components and radio components - this exhibition collection by the number of items is defined as a record one.  As well as a working soldering iron for Gulliver's size in a stature of the ordinary person (175.5 cm).   In celebrations of the completion of professional racing among the radio engineering students Nicholay Kostyuk, an authorized representative of the "Guinness Book of Records in Ukraine" held a formal procedure for fixing the record of Ukraine.  The diplomas that certify this achievement, Mr. Kostyuk presented to the Rector of the VNTU, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Vladymir GRABKO.

Since the beginning of April at the Vinnytsia National Technical University will start courses in the Polish language. They will be taught by the head of the Confederation of Poles Yan Hlinchevskyi – an Honored statesman of Poland, an honorary citizen of Kielce, which is a twin –city with Vinnytsia This is an absolute necessity. The fact is that the VNTU has an extensive cooperation with universities of Poland. Currently, 20 students are studying both at the VNTU and at the Lublin University of Technology under the program "Double Degree".  There is an adjusted scientific and educational partnership with the Polytechnic Sventokshiske in Kielce, Lodz Technical University and other universities of Poland. Students under the program "Double Degree" are taught in English and Polish languages. Before the training takes place in universities, they have there a test of knowledge of Polish. If the level is not sufficient, students are offered a condensed three-week language course.

This is the second group of students from the Vinnytsia National Technical University who went to Poland due to the academic mobility program "Double Degree"   The first 13 students of our university, who debuted at the Lublin University of Technology in February last year are having there already their graduation projects. And in April they will defend their master's qualification work.  Thus they can simultaneously receive two diplomas with acquired educational qualification levels - national and international ones.   Unfortunately, this year to Lublin went only half of the students from the amount who went there last year - the reason for this is a complicated political situation in Ukraine.  Although the popularity of such training is constantly growing — the Lublin Politechnical University has a very high rank among state univeresities as in Poland and in Europe as well.

  One of the essential features of a participant of the competition "Miss VNTU" should be courage   Without it you just can't go on stage, can't dare to appear in front of the meticulous jury and a full of spectators hall. Therefore, to all titles that received each contestant should be also added a "Miss courage", and courage, as you know, can help to win over the city, and to receieve the diploma of the Vinnytsia National Technical University, so we wish you a lot of big and small victories in the future. Competition program "Miss VNTU 2014" was rich and varied, the girls had to transform into images of representatives of various epochs. We have seen our beauties in a medieval castle, in the form of a vamp, at the present dance ball. Acting skills of a contender for the title of "Miss VNTU"  were shown to the public via demonstration of their video business-cards (somebody was in the form of an Indian beauty, some as Neo, but someone as a student in the classroom or at the exam).
